Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to VECTORWELL DUEL, an Android game published by AIFormNote Studio (operator: Milan Weinar, IČO 29921139, Czech Republic).

1. Data processed by the game

VECTORWELL DUEL version 1.0.2 does not require a user account or a AIFormNote Studio online profile. The game does not ask users to provide their name, email address, phone number, or payment-card details directly to AIFormNote Studio.

The game uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK. When providing ads, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention, Google Mobile Ads may automatically process data such as:

  • the IP address, from which an approximate location may be derived,
  • app and ad interactions, including app launches, taps and video views,
  • diagnostic and performance information,
  • app/device identifiers that Google Mobile Ads may use without the Android Advertising ID where relevant to the configured mode,
  • technical information needed for ad delivery, measurement, security and abuse prevention.

AIFormNote Studio does not sell children's personal data and does not create its own advertising profiles of children or other VECTORWELL DUEL users.

2. Advertising model and Google AdMob

VECTORWELL DUEL is free and contains advertising through Google AdMob. The game uses only interstitial ads and voluntary rewarded ads. It does not use banner ads or App Open ads and does not require a subscription.

Interstitial ads are used only at a natural transition between completed matches and are not shown during an active duel. Rewarded ads are voluntary and can be used to obtain an in-game upgrade; the reward is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms the reward callback.

3. Child-directed / Families advertising configuration

The Google Play target audience for VECTORWELL DUEL includes children aged 6 and over. Advertising is therefore configured conservatively for a child-directed / Families audience.

  • AgeRestrictedTreatment.CHILD is used,
  • the maximum ad content rating is G,
  • personalized advertising is not used,
  • interest-based advertising is not used,
  • remarketing is not used,
  • the publisher first-party advertising identifier is disabled.

AIFormNote Studio does not use the advertising configuration to build its own advertising profiles of children.

4. Privacy and consent infrastructure — Google UMP

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) is integrated as the game's privacy and consent infrastructure where required. The app uses an under-age-of-consent treatment and the advertising configuration remains child-safe regardless of any privacy or consent flow.

Granting consent does not enable personalized advertising in VECTORWELL DUEL. The production advertising configuration remains non-personalized, child-directed and restricted as described above.

5. Advertising identifiers

VECTORWELL DUEL version 1.0.2 explicitly removes the Android Advertising ID permission com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID. The production Android manifest also does not request android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS or android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION.

Accordingly, this Privacy Policy does not describe the Android Advertising ID / AAID as an identifier used by the game. Google Mobile Ads may still process other app/device identifiers supported by its services without AAID where relevant to the configured child-safe mode, as described in section 1.

6. Local gameplay data

Basic game progress and settings are stored locally on the device and are used to provide gameplay. AIFormNote Studio does not upload this local game progress to its own cloud advertising-profile database. Local data can normally be removed by clearing the app's data, uninstalling the app, or otherwise deleting the local files.

7. Google Play and third-party services

VECTORWELL DUEL is distributed through Google Play. Installation and related Google Play services are provided by Google, which may process account, device and Google Play usage information under its own terms and privacy policies.

For advertising and privacy infrastructure, the game uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform. Google's processing of data through those services is governed by Google's applicable terms, policies and documentation.

8. Accounts, analytics and profiling

The game does not create a AIFormNote Studio user account or cloud profile. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, VECTORWELL DUEL does not use a separate analytics SDK. Google Mobile Ads may process the limited technical, interaction, diagnostic and advertising-related information described above.

AIFormNote Studio does not operate its own advertising-profile database for VECTORWELL DUEL users and does not sell personal data of children.

9. Changes to this policy

If the advertising configuration, SDKs, online services or other data-processing practices change, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the production behavior of the game.
