For technical help, subscription access questions, AI Food issues or a privacy request, contact the operator directly.

What to include

• AIFormNote version and Android version.
• Whether you use local mode or optional Google sync.
• A short description of what happened and how to reproduce it.
• For a purchase issue, the product and approximate purchase time. Do not send payment-card data or a raw purchase token.
• For AI Food, say whether you used text, camera or Photo Picker and what result was wrong; do not e-mail a private photo unless support explicitly asks for it.

Never send passwords, Google ID tokens, backup ZIP files or private progress photos by ordinary e-mail.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. AIFormNote is fully usable without sign-in. In that mode, create a manual backup before uninstalling or changing phones.

Does Google sign-in unlock Premium?

No. Google identity is only for backup, restore and synchronization. Google Play Billing verifies subscription access separately.

How do I restore a purchase?

Install AIFormNote from Google Play with the same Play account and use the restore or refresh purchase action in the app. Signing in to Google inside AIFormNote is not required for purchase restoration.

How do I delete cloud data?

Use Delete all my data in the app while connected, or start a request on the Delete data page if the app is no longer available.

Where do I manage or cancel the subscription?

In Google Play. Deleting AIFormNote data or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active Google Play subscription.
