AIFormNote Terms

1. Service and intended use

AIFormNote provides a fitness workout journal, training-plan generation and tracking, nutrition logging, progress tracking, readiness/check-in features, AI Food recognition and supportive fitness or wellness coaching for adults aged 18 and over. Android compatibility, localized price and subscription availability are shown by Google Play.

AIFormNote is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, injury rehabilitation, medication decisions, pregnancy care, eating-disorder care or interpretation of laboratory results.

2. Calculations and recommendations

Calorie targets, readiness scores, meal suggestions, AI Food recognition/nutrition estimates, training recommendations and AI outputs are estimates or suggestions based on entered/logged data and algorithms; they are not direct physiological measurements. Meal suggestions and AI Food estimates do not guarantee micronutrient adequacy, allergen suitability or compatibility with a medical diet.

You are responsible for reviewing AI Food results before saving, checking allergens and ingredients, selecting exercise loads appropriate to your abilities and stopping activity that causes pain or concerning symptoms.

3. AI limitations

AIFormNote applies automated filters intended to block individualized medical and high-risk questions before generative AI coaching is invoked, but filters and AI output can make mistakes. AI Food is intended for food recognition and nutrition logging, not medical interpretation. Do not use AIFormNote for emergencies or important medical decisions.

4. Trial and subscription

AIFormNote uses auto-renewing Google Play subscriptions with monthly and annual plans. Eligible users may be offered a 7-day free trial and/or an introductory paid price. Eligibility, localized price, currency, trial/offer duration, billing date and renewal information shown by Google Play before purchase are controlling.

Unless cancelled, a subscription renews according to the selected Google Play plan. Manage or cancel it in Google Play. Uninstalling AIFormNote or deleting app data does not terminate an active subscription.

5. Payments, refunds and consumer rights

Google Play processes purchases and billing. Refunds are handled under Google Play rules together with any mandatory consumer rights. These Terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Availability of online services

Google identity and cloud sync, online food sources, AI Food, exercise media, subscription verification and optional Cloud AI may be temporarily unavailable. AIFormNote includes local tracking and calculation functions and remains usable without sign-in, but uninterrupted third-party service availability is not guaranteed.

7. Backups and security

AIFormNote offers either use without sign-in or optional Google identity. It creates no e-mail/password credential. In local mode, data stays on the device and you must create a manual ZIP backup before uninstalling, clearing app data or changing phones. In Google mode, local data can also be copied to and synchronized with private AIFormNote cloud storage under the verified Google identity. Connecting or disconnecting Google does not discard local data.

Android automatic app-data backup and device transfer remain disabled. A user-created ZIP may contain personal profile, body, nutrition, training and progress information, including photos. AIFormNote does not encrypt that ZIP; store and share it securely.

8. Acceptable use

You must not bypass subscription verification, abuse online-AI or AI Food limits, interfere with backend systems, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content or use the service unlawfully.

9. Privacy and deletion

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Account and data deletion can be requested at Delete data. Disconnecting Google keeps local data; deleting AIFormNote data does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

10. Liability and defects

The operator is liable to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory rights concerning defective performance where the law does not permit that exclusion. Contact support for app access or function issues; payment-transaction issues may also need to be handled through Google Play.

11. Changes and termination

Features, pricing and these Terms may change subject to applicable law and Google Play requirements. Material changes will be communicated where required. Subscription termination follows the selected Google Play plan and applicable law.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove mandatory protections granted by the law of your habitual residence.
